Press seeds lightly into the soil surface; do not cover deeply, as light aids germination. Keep the soil consistently moist until seedlings emerge, which typically takes 7 to 14 days at temperatures around 70°F. Thin seedlings to the recommended spacing once they are a few inches tall.

Once established, these plants are relatively low-maintenance. Water during extended dry periods to encourage vigorous growth and abundant blooms. Tall varieties may benefit from staking in windy areas. Deadhead spent flowers to prolong blooming, or leave some tassels to dry on the plant for seed saving. Love Lies Bleeding thrives in warm, sunny locations and tolerates a range of soil types as long as drainage is good.

What's Included

100 Love Lies Bleeding seeds (Amaranthus caudatus).

https://blakesflora.com/products/100-love-lies-bleeding-seeds-amaranthus-caudatus-heirloom-ornamental-flower-for-garden-planting
