Stratify by placing seeds in a moist medium in the refrigerator for 4-6 weeks to mimic winter conditions. Sow seeds about 1/2 inch deep in a well-draining seed-starting mix, keep consistently moist but not waterlogged, and provide warmth (around 70-80°F). Germination can be slow and uneven, often taking several weeks to months.

Once seedlings have several sets of true leaves, transplant them into larger pots with well-draining soil. Gradually acclimate them to full sun. Water young trees regularly during the first growing season, then reduce frequency as they establish. In cooler climates, grow in containers and move indoors or to a protected area during winter. Prune lightly to shape and remove dead or crossing branches.

What's Included

10 Castelvetrano olive seeds (Olea europaea 'Castelvetrano').

https://blakesflora.com/products/castelvetrano-olive-seeds-10-italian-green-olive-tree-seeds-for-planting
