Plant seeds about 1/2 inch deep in a well-draining seed-starting mix, and keep the medium consistently moist but not soggy. Place the container in a warm, bright location; germination typically occurs within 2-4 weeks. Once seedlings have developed several sets of true leaves, transplant them into larger pots or into the garden if you live in a suitable climate.

Provide full sun and regular watering, allowing the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings. Fertilize with a citrus-specific fertilizer during the growing season. Protect young trees from frost and strong winds. In cooler zones, grow pomelo in containers and move indoors during winter. Prune to maintain shape and remove dead or crossing branches. With patience and care, your Nam Roi Pomelo tree will reward you with fragrant blooms and delicious fruit.

What's Included

10 Nam Roi Pomelo (Citrus maxima) seeds.
