Soak the roots in water for a few hours before planting. Choose a location with full sun to partial shade and well-drained soil. Dig a hole wide enough to accommodate the root system, place the plant at the same depth it was growing previously, and backfill with soil. Water thoroughly after planting and keep the soil consistently moist during the first growing season to encourage establishment.

Red Margin Bamboo spreads via underground rhizomes, so consider installing a root barrier or planting in a contained area if you want to limit its spread. Mulch around the base to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Fertilize lightly in spring with a balanced fertilizer. Regular watering during dry spells will help maintain vigorous growth.

What's Included

One live bare root Red Margin Bamboo plant (Phyllostachys rubromarginata).

https://blakesflora.com/products/red-margin-bamboo-live-bare-root-plant-phyllostachys-rubromarginata-hardy-fast-growing-bamboo
