We currently ship within the United States only and offer free shipping on orders within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During peak seasons or when additional product preparation is required, processing may take longer. In certain cases, processing may take up to 2–4 weeks depending on product availability, readiness, and fulfillment requirements.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Delivery and processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders may be shipped from different locations and may arrive in separate packages or on different delivery dates.

9. Agricultural & Shipping Restrictions

Certain plants, seeds, bulbs, cuttings, roots, scionwood, and other plant materials may be subject to federal, state, or local agricultural, quarantine, or other shipping restrictions.

Some products may therefore be unavailable for shipment to certain locations.

We will make reasonable efforts to identify applicable restrictions and will not knowingly fulfill an order for a product to a destination where shipment is prohibited or where applicable requirements cannot be met.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

10. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the living, natural, and perishable nature of many of our products, most plants, seeds, cuttings, bulbs, roots, scionwood, and other plant materials are non-returnable.

We do not generally provide returns, refunds, or replacements for:

  • Unwanted products
  • Healthy plants or plant materials
  • Failure to grow or germinate
  • Plant decline after delivery
  • Plant death resulting from conditions after delivery
  • Normal shipping stress
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections
  • Improper planting or care

  • Packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Refused or abandoned packages

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with another qualifying issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

11. Order Cancellations & Address Changes

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Because orders may enter processing shortly after purchase, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, an address change may no longer be possible.

12. Carrier Delays & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, seasonal shipping volumes, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If tracking shows that a package has been marked "Delivered", the carrier's delivery confirmation may be considered when evaluating delivery-related claims.

Customers should first contact the carrier if a package marked as delivered cannot be located.
