10 Seeds Goat's Rue Tephrosia virginiana Native Wildflower

Goat's Rue (Tephrosia virginiana) is a native perennial wildflower prized for its creamy yellow and pinkish pea-like blossoms that rise above silvery-green, finely divided foliage. This legume forms a bushy, upright clump and adds a soft, natural texture to meadows, pollinator gardens, and native plant landscapes.
In garden use, Goat's Rue works well in wildflower mixes, prairie plantings, and informal borders where its distinctive two-toned flowers draw attention through early to mid-summer. As a legume, it grows best in lean, well-drained soils and develops a deep taproot, making it a durable, low-maintenance selection for naturalized areas once established.
