100 Seeds Long Purple Eggplant Heirloom Slender Italian Vegetable Garden

Long Purple Eggplant is a classic Italian heirloom prized for its elongated, slender, deep purple fruit that grows 8 to 10 inches long. Its mild, tender flesh and glossy skin make it a favorite for home gardens and kitchens that value tradition and flavor.

This eggplant is excellent for slicing, grilling, roasting, frying, and layering into dishes like ratatouille, parmigiana, and caponata. The compact plants produce steadily through the season and perform well in containers, raised beds, and garden rows. Harvest while the skin is glossy for the best texture.
