200 Sonata Carmine Cosmos Seeds - Deep Pink Garden Flower for Planting

Sonata Carmine Cosmos is a compact, early-blooming annual cosmos prized for its vivid deep pink to carmine-red flowers. The open, daisy-like blooms rise above finely cut green foliage, bringing bold color and airy texture to beds, borders, and cutting gardens throughout the summer and into fall.

Planting & Care

Sow Sonata Carmine Cosmos seeds indoors about 4 to 6 weeks before the last frost, or direct sow outdoors after the danger of frost has passed and the soil has warmed. Press seeds lightly into the soil surface and keep them moist but not waterlogged; light helps germination. Thin or transplant seedlings so plants have room to branch and bloom freely.

Grow in full sun with well-drained soil. Water regularly during establishment, then allow the soil to dry slightly between waterings. Deadhead spent blooms to encourage continued flowering, and stake only if plants become leggy in rich soils.
