5 Seeds Macleaya cordata Plume Poppy Tall Perennial

Macleaya cordata, commonly known as Plume Poppy, is a tall herbaceous perennial grown for its bold foliage and airy plumes of small blooms. It forms a substantial architectural presence in the landscape, reaching considerable height in a single season and offering strong contrast to finer-textured plants.
The scalloped blue-green leaves and feathery flower panicles are ornamental, making it suitable for the back of perennial borders and large landscape plantings. It spreads by rhizomes and can naturalize where conditions suit it.
