These easy-to-grow annuals add height and airy texture to garden beds and attract pollinators throughout the season.
With 200 seeds, this packet offers plenty of plants for mass plantings, meadow-style gardens, or successive sowings. Cosmos are known for their tolerance of poor soil and their ability to bloom over a long period, making them a reliable choice for gardeners seeking low-maintenance color.

Planting & Care
Sow cosmos seeds directly outdoors after the last frost date, or start indoors 4–6 weeks before transplanting. Press seeds lightly into the soil surface and keep moist until germination, which typically occurs in 7–21 days at 70–75°F (21–24°C). Thin seedlings to the recommended spacing to encourage healthy growth and abundant blooms.
Once established, cosmos require minimal care. Water during prolonged dry spells, but avoid overwatering as plants prefer well-drained soil. Deadhead spent flowers to prolong blooming, and stake tall varieties if grown in windy areas. These annuals readily self-sow, providing color year after year in favorable conditions.
