Planting & Care
Sow lime basil seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost, or directly outdoors after the soil has warmed to at least 70°F (21°C). Press seeds lightly into the soil surface and keep them moist until germination, which typically occurs in 7-14 days. Provide plenty of light for strong growth.
Once seedlings have several sets of true leaves, thin or transplant them to their final spacing. Water regularly, allowing the top inch of soil to dry slightly between waterings. Pinch back flower buds to encourage leaf production, and harvest leaves as needed throughout the growing season.
